This shipping policy applies to customers that make a purchase at Maana Wellness. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS

We offer the following shipping options - you are asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

US Domestic - Express	1-3 business days	USPS Priority Mail

Shipping rates may vary with delivery address. Please confirm shipping charges in cart before placing an order.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please note that order fulfillment normally takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.

While “Pending” you can change the shipping address or cancel the order. As soon as the order is "Shipped", it is not possible to edit or cancel the order as our fulfillment team has begun preparing the order’s shipment.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS & MILITARY BASES

We only ship to addresses in the United States.

We are sorry but we do not ship to U.S. military bases.

Please note that Maana Wellness is unable to change the delivery address for you once you have placed your order. You may be able to change the shipping address yourself as described under “ORDER PROCESSING TIME”.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been “Shipped”, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
